Our Story

Founded in 1993, One Stop Agency was built on decades of experience, hard work, and an understanding of real estate from the ground up.

Our roots go back even further. Before entering real estate, our founder Jean J. Grandoit worked for the United States Embassy and as a paralegal, experiences that helped shape the professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to clients that remain part of our company today. In 1987, he began his real estate career with RE/MAX, eventually becoming a licensed broker and establishing One Stop Agency in 1993.

The next generation entered the business from a different direction. Patrick J. Dominique was initially more involved in the construction and hands-on side of real estate, developing an understanding of properties beyond simply buying and selling them. His transition into brokerage happened naturally when an ex-girlfriend’s father needed help renting an apartment in the home they were living in. Patrick put the deal together, closed his first transaction, and discovered an opportunity to combine his knowledge of property and construction with sales, negotiation, and investing.

Today, One Stop Agency has evolved far beyond a traditional local brokerage. While our foundation was built in New York, our relationships and opportunities continue to expand into multiple states and markets, with an increasing focus on investment real estate, development opportunities, multifamily properties, commercial assets, land, value-add acquisitions, and residential transactions.

We work with everyone from first-time buyers and individual property owners to experienced investors, developers, and real estate professionals. Our construction background helps us recognize potential others may overlook, while decades of brokerage experience allow us to understand the transaction from acquisition through disposition.

More than 30 years after One Stop Agency was founded—and nearly four decades after our family’s journey in real estate began—our philosophy remains simple:
